About Us

Kim Chaumillon has over 30 years as a global HR executive and while she has zero cheerleading experience, she leads her own personal fan club of organizations and leaders who are pushing the boundaries towards a more human-centric work world. Kim has worked in a variety of industries from industrial engineering and manufacturing, consumer goods and retail, software and hardware technology, services and even food service (if you count all that waitressing in college!). Kim has deep expertise in all aspects of the Human Resources portfolio both as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management and Culture leader.  She has lived, worked and traveled extensively outside the US. She generally takes herself and life a bit too seriously but is working on bringing more light and life to everyday.
